Welcome to MyType Dating. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MyType mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using MyType, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyType, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use MyType, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally able to enter into a binding contract
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law
• Not have been previously banned from MyType
• Not be a registered sex offender

3. Your Account

3.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 One Account Per Person

You may only maintain one MyType account. Creating multiple accounts may result in termination of all accounts.

4. Community Guidelines

You agree to interact with others respectfully and honestly. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

4.1 Prohibited Content

• Nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit content
• Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Violence, threats, or promotion of illegal activities
• Spam, advertising, or solicitation
• Impersonation or misleading profiles
• Content involving minors

4.2 Prohibited Behaviors

• Harassment, stalking, or intimidation of other users
• Requesting money or financial information
• Scamming or attempting to defraud users
• Using the Service for prostitution or escort services
• Attempting to circumvent safety features

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant MyType a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

5.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that you have all necessary rights to post such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

5.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.

6. Premium Features and Payments

6.1 Subscriptions

MyType offers premium subscriptions with enhanced features. Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and automatically renew unless cancelled.

6.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policies. We do not provide refunds for accounts terminated due to Terms violations.

7. Safety

7.1 Your Safety

While we implement safety measures, we cannot guarantee the identity or behavior of users. Exercise caution when interacting with others and meeting in person.

7.2 Safety Tips

• Never share financial information with other users
• Meet in public places for first dates
• Tell someone where you're going
• Report suspicious behavior immediately

7.3 Reporting

You can report users for violations through the app. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

8. Intellectual Property

MyType and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MyType Dating and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• That you will find matches or romantic connections
• The accuracy of user profiles or content
• The identity, background, or intentions of users
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYTYPE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MyType harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app settings.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
